La casita is a complete, self catering studio on our permaculture farm. It has its own parking, private entrance and a large private terrace with a beautiful view. Also a perfect stay for the winter given the cozy fireplace.

It is a recently renovated cottage in a classic Spanish/modern style with everything you need for a fantastic stay for nature lovers.

Hi,
We are Pim and Eveline and we moved to Spain five years ago. We have been the proud owners of La colina buena for three years now: a beautiful site where we have created a little paradise. We have transformed the casita into a guesthouse and we have planted more than 50 trees according to permaculture principles, the harvest of which we are happy to share with our guests.
We have three children (two boys and a girl), a very sweet dog Rubi and chickens that run around freely.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
