Luxury 2-bedroom apartment in the historic heart of Medina-Sidonia
Welcome to Victoria Seis – a charming property in a beautifully restored historic building, which housed the local bakery for decades. Located in the old town of the 3000-year-old town of Medina-Sidonia, Victoria Seis offers two stylish apartments with modern conveniences and authentic details.
Casa da Anna – Spacious, stylish and completely renovated in 2024.
Our most luxurious apartment, Casa da Anna, has its own entrance and is 70 m² in size. This apartment is perfect for couples, families or guests who want to work remotely with their own, high-speed internet connection. The attractive spacious living room has a comfortable sitting area, a work area, a large television and air conditioning/heating.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, induction hob, oven/microwave, Nespresso machine, SMEG toaster, kettle, crockery, kitchen utensils and a washing machine. Four people can enjoy a meal at the dining table.
There are two bedrooms:
A master bedroom with a king size bed, chest of drawers, mirror, bathrobes and ceiling fan.
A second bedroom with a bunk bed (200x90 cm), chest of drawers, bathrobes and air conditioning/heating.
In winter we have comfortable duvets.
The luxurious spacious bathroom has a double sink, walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer, towels and toiletries. We use The Good Roll's toilet paper. This paper is 100% recycled, no chlorine, colors and fragrances have been added and 50% of the net profit goes to building sanitation in East Africa.
In addition, the apartment has a small private terrace with furniture, parasol and plants to relax outside and enjoy a snack and a drink.
A cot (for children up to 2 years old) is available free of charge, on request and subject to availability.
At Victoria Seis we also offer aromatherapy massage. Our private treatment room offers a comfortable atmosphere to fully relax and unwind.

Why Medina-Sidonia?
This charming, white city has a 3000-year-old history and is located on a hill in the quiet interior of the province of Cádiz. From here you can enjoy spectacular views – on clear days even as far as the Atlantic Ocean and Africa.
The location is ideal for exploring Andalusia. Within 30 minutes you can reach cities such as Cádiz, Vejer de la Frontera, Jerez and the extensive sandy beaches of the Costa de la Luz. Day trips to Tarifa, Seville, Ronda, Arcos de la Frontera or nature parks are also possible.
