Welcome to Casa Jazmin , our attractive typical Spanish holiday home near Granada . This comfortable family home is located among olive trees with beautiful views of the surrounding Sierra Nevada, Sierra Loja and the Sierra Parapanda . Through an authentic exterior door you enter a very spacious utility room with a nice, also authentic sink and picturesque windows. There is enough space for storage of suitcases and/or bicycles, for example.

From the utility room you enter the attractive kitchen with large dining table. At the dining table you can dine comfortably with more than 6 people or play a game. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. There is sufficient cupboard space and all kitchen equipment is ready for you. There is an electric hob, oven, microwave and of course a spacious refrigerator with freezer compartment. And with the coffee machine you can easily make a delicious cup of coffee.

Through the kitchen you have access to both the living room and the beautiful large terrace. The terrace has a spacious table with sufficient chairs. At the swimming pool (4 x 6 m) you can relax on the beds and sun loungers in the sun. If you don't want to be in the sun for a while, there is a seating area with a parasol for pleasant shade where you can enjoy your drink in the afternoon or float in the pool for refreshment.

From the kitchen you also have access to the nice and cool living room. This is equipped with two chairs and a spacious sofa/sofa bed, allowing you to... 2 additional sleeping places can be created. The living room has a large smart television. WIFI is FREE. You can log in with your own account to NETFLIX and PRIME video, among others. This way you don't have to miss any of your favorite series.

On the ground floor there is also a large master bedroom with air conditioning and a ceiling fan . There is plenty of cupboard and storage space. The beds are spacious and equipped with new mattresses and fresh linen for a good night's sleep. En suite you will find the bathroom with sink, shower, bath, toilet and a washing machine.

A nice narrow staircase takes you to the top floor with two more bedrooms. A room with a double bed and a room with two single beds. Both rooms have air conditioning and fans . If necessary, there is also heating. The bedroom at the front of the house has an adjacent large balcony where you can enjoy the rising sun in the morning.
On the upper floor you will also find the second bathroom with toilet, shower cabin and sink. The private boiler on the top floor provides sufficient hot water.

A cot and high chair are available for the youngest for FREE. Please let us know when booking and we will set this up for you. Please note: we do not have bed linen available for this. We can install a stair gate for you if desired.

The center of Huetor Tajar is 10 minutes away and in the village there are nice restaurants, terraces and a large supermarket with a very wide range. Everything you need is available.

The house is very easily accessible via the A92 highway. You can reach your holiday destination in less than an hour from Malaga. This location is ideal for walking, cycling, horse riding, wildlife spotting and cultural excursions. For example, Granada, one of the most special cities in Spain, is a half-hour drive away, with the Alhambra and the Moorish influences that are still clearly visible here. If you prefer to enjoy the peace and quiet, you can stay 'at home' and relax on the terrace or by the private swimming pool.
