The romance splashes from this holiday home. At the beginning of 2023, the house was transformed from a ruin into an extremely comfortable holiday home. During the winter of '25/'26, the capacity of the holiday home was expanded from 4 to 6 guests. This is the real Andalusia; You will stay in part of an old finca. Your hostess and hostess use the two buildings as a guest house and the third as their own home. You will lack nothing, if you do, the hostess will make sure that you can borrow it from her. The large swimming pool of Finca Tranquilidad, with lovely sunbeds and beautiful umbrellas, is patiently waiting for your arrival. The owner of the finca used to have an interior design shop, so you can imagine that the interior of Finca Tranquilidad is beautiful.

The holiday home consists of 2 separate houses, connected by a cozy patio. In one building you enter a spacious, nicely decorated hall. Both right and left is a bedroom with a lovely double bed, both bedrooms have a wardrobe. The beds are made with high-quality linen, and the thick, authentic walls ensure that the house stays nice and cool in the summer, and cozy in the winter. Both bedrooms have a spacious ensuite bathroom, with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
From the hall, the stairs take you upstairs to the living room, with a nice sitting area and dining area for 4. Behind the living room there is the kitchen. Here you will find a coffee maker (Nespresso cups), kettle, small oven, and gas stove. There is also an outside door in the kitchen. The other building you enter into the spacious kitchen, to the left is the cozy living room, to the right of the kitchen is the stairs down; a very spacious bedroom with double bed and also here an ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Through this floor you also reach the newly landscaped terrace with unobstructed views over the arroyo and the mountains on the other side.
The large swimming pool can be reached from the outside, and is located on a lower terrace. Fenced off, safe for the smaller ones among us. The swimming pool that you can use all year round (cold in winter) measures 8×4 meters.
