The complex

Nido Aguila Blanca consists of four attractive apartments, suitable for 1 to 6 people. The holiday complex is ideal for families with young children. On the one-hectare site, you'll find a swimming pool, trampoline and plenty of natural beauty – a place to relax and enjoy. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available.

The complex is run by the Dutch Bianca Popelier and her Romanian partner. Together they create a hospitable and homely atmosphere, so that you immediately feel at home.

The area

Nido Aguila Blanca is located in the interior of Málaga, at the foot of the beautiful Sierra de las Nieves Natural Park. This makes our location perfect for nature lovers and peace seekers. In the area you will find a great diversity of bird species and unspoiled nature.

Do you want more liveliness? Within half an hour you are on the Costa del Sol! In bustling Marbella you can shop, relax on the beach or enjoy the exclusive atmosphere. Both in summer and in mild winter, there is plenty to do in the region. Day trips to Ronda, Granada, Gibraltar and Córdoba are also easy to make from our holiday complex.

We are Dan and Bianca and have 2 children. Cat from '05 and Sam from '08
We have lived in Spain for 20 years and from 2008 to 2015 we ran La Molineta. Here we have won an award twice.
In 2016 we moved to El Nido, where we continued with the same concept.
We love the cosiness when the guests are there and enjoy the beautiful nature we live in every day. With enough participants, we cook for the guests a few times a week.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

* The above prices are for 2 persons;
* Child 0-3 years +5 euros per night (cot and chair included in the price);
* Person from 4 years +12 euros per night;
* High season minimum stay of 4 nights;
* Final cleaning 25 euros per stay;
* We ask for a deposit of 30% upon booking and the remaining amount four weeks before arrival;
* Prices include VAT, linen, towels, water and electricity (air conditioning at your own expense 0.25 per KW consumption);
* Check-in from 3 pm and check-out before 12 noon.
* in case of cancellation up to 56 days before departure, the deposit (30% of the travel sum);

Additional information

For the children there is a trampoline and of course the swimming pool. There is also a shuffleboard and play table with colors, books, puzzles and other toys. There is also a children's pool for the little ones.

There are beautiful drives to be made through the Sierra de las Nieves Natural Park. This under professional guidance. The starting point is in el Burgo, half an hour's drive from here.

In the vicinity of La Molineta leisurely strolls. There are also some marked wandelingen.Met the car in about a quarter at various locations where some beautiful hiking routes start.

There is a shopping center in Coin where you can shop. In the places around us there is a market every day. And on the coast in Marbella, Malaga etc it is plenty of shopping paradise.

Banks can be found in the town of Coin which is 10 km from our seeking.

Guaro is the village closest to what lies ahead, 2 km away.The white is a lovely village with some small shops to find party.Third you can enjoy a cup of coffee with churros erbij.Guaro lies in the valley of the River Guadalhorce, especially in a hilly landscape with almond and olive trees. The village lies on a hill. At the top is the 16th-century church of San Miguel. This church was built in 1505 and in 1605 significantly expanded. In our area you can make fantastic days out in nature. Then you have a number of rivers that have enough water in the summer so that you can swim. You will often find turtles and fish and the water is wonderfully clear. In the immediate vicinity there are also a number of good bird watching places.

La Molineta is on the edge of this natuurpark.Witachtig limestone formations are contrasted with steep hills hilly red color in the Sierra de las Nieves Natural Park, an area east of the town of Ronda (Malaga). Mountaineers in the park have an appointment with Turret Peak of 1919 meters, while lovers of caving the natural pits and wells as GESM prefer to 1101 meters depth. Both surface and underground karst forms whimsical world are caused by erosion and subsequent deposition of limestone. At lower altitudes, the scenery peridotieten colors red. We do not have a restaurant on El Nido Aguila Blanca. In the morning there is the possibility to use an extensive breakfast at 6 euros p/p. If there is enough interest, we organize a cozy barbecue, pizza, tapas or paella evening 2 to 3 times a week in the high season.

Nido Aguila Blanca is located near several villages where there are weekly markets. In Guaro there is a market every Thursday with clothes and food. In Coin, 10 km away, there is a somewhat larger market on Saturdays. And on Monday mornings there is a very large market 20 minutes drive away in Marbella.
