We are Karin and Didier and both from Belgium. In 2019 we lost our hearts in beautiful Andalusia, mainly in the Axarquia with its authentic white villages and beautiful views. During the periods when we cannot enjoy our house ourselves, we would like to share this with people who, just like us, love sun, sea and mountains, peace and quiet and activities, culture and nature, ensuring a satisfying holiday. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
