Casa Perruchena is nestled among the rolling hills of Andalusia, with endless views over the olive groves and the imposing peak of La Maroma mountain. Here you will find peace, spaciousness and a leisurely pace that invites you to disconnect. It is an ideal retreat for a family or two, with all the amenities to enjoy relaxed days together.
The house, which is over a hundred years old, has been lovingly renovated and furnished by designer Simone Deleij, with a focus on the essence of Andalusian life. Authentic details, esparto grass, cane, and antique accents create a cozy atmosphere, while the interior feels fresh and bright. Whitewashed walls, natural materials, and windows that bring the landscape inside bring calm and simplicity to each room. Inside, the house features a living room with a wood-burning stove, a nostalgic style kitchen with modern appliances, and three bedrooms, one of which has a bunk bed and single beds, ideal for children.
Around the house there is a mosaic of terraces – open and covered – where you can eat, read or play in company. There's a wood-fired oven for pizzas and bread, a barbecue, a petanque court, a ping-pong table, shade under reed umbrellas, and everywhere those breathtaking views. In the heated pool, a sun lounger in the sun or a quiet corner in the shade awaits you. Every moment of the day has its favorite place here.
Casa Perruchena is five minutes from the La Viñuela Reservoir, perfect for paddle surfing, picnicking or walking. The beaches of Torre del Mar are less than half an hour's drive away, and Malaga is also easily accessible for a city trip. The area invites you to discover white villages, walk in nature and savour authentic Andalusian life.
