MARIMONTA is an 8-minute drive from the characteristic white village of Cómpeta. Located in a mountainous area, surrounded by greenery and olive trees.
A beautiful place to completely unwind, but also a good base to explore this beautiful province of Axarquia, with its vineyards, natural parks, golf courses and beautiful beaches. The road to Marimonta is completely paved and easily accessible.
Marimonta consists of two independent floors. Upstairs we live and downstairs we have two fully, newly furnished apartments.
Each apartment has its own private entrance and terrace.
Both apartments have a bedroom with air conditioning, a double bed, bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sitting room with sofa bed for any extra guests, TV, wifi, central warming and an open kitchen with dining area.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with built-in freezer, 2-burner induction hob, oven, coffee maker and kettle. Coffee and tea and cooking utensils are provided.
The swimming pool and the large sun terrace is communal.
Parking is on site.
Cómpeta is close by and offers all necessary amenities such as supermarkets, gas station, weekly market and several restaurants.
