The casa consists of 2 comfortable independent studio apartments suitable for 2 people, each with its own entrance and facilities. Ideal for a great holiday with family or friends, where everyone has space and privacy and can retreat to their own space with every luxury. A studio at Casa Abajo offers a comfortable king-size bed of 180×200 cm, a luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink, and a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a large terrace, a private swimming pool of 8×4 meters and a parking area with carport. Experience ultimate exclusivity: whether you are staying with 4 or 2 guests, the location is completely private and reserved only for you.
The location of Casa Abajo is great with a magnificent view over the rolling mountains of Andalusia and the Mediterranean Sea. On the large terrace you can enjoy the sun all day long, from sunrise to sunset. The spacious private swimming pool provides the necessary cooling. On the terrace around the pool there are lovely sunbeds so that you can completely relax in the shade of the parasol or in the sun. Under the canopies there are comfortable chairs to enjoy the beautiful panoramic view and there is a large terrace table for outdoor dining and drinks.
Casa Abajo is a short 10-minute drive from the white village of Cómpeta, one of the most beautiful white villages, 'pueblos blancos', in Andalusia. Where people greet you kindly on the street and where you are welcomed with a smile on one of the many cozy terraces. In Cómpeta you will find everything you need for a wonderful holiday. There is a wide choice of shops, various supermarkets, fantastic restaurants, cozy bars and terraces and a bustling village square next to the characteristic church.
Cómpeta is a great starting point to discover this beautiful region. Think of trips to beautiful places such as Málaga, Frigiliana, Nerja, Mijas and Torrox. Or a day trip to historic cities such as Granada, Córdoba and Ronda. Enjoy a walk and soak up the culture, and then enjoy a traditional Spanish meal. The beaches of the Costa del Sol are only 30 minutes away and beautiful bustling Málaga is a 50-minute drive away.

Due to its location, our location is not accessible for the disabled, and not suitable for children. Despite the fact that we have a warm heart for pets, they are not allowed in Casa Abajo. You will stay in the beautiful mountains of Andalusia where open fire, due to the drought, can be a danger to the environment. Open fire is therefore not allowed at Casa Abajo. The studios are non-smoking. To fully enjoy Casa Abajo and everything that beautiful Andalusia has to offer, you need to have a (rental) car.
Driving in the mountains of southern Spain is a true experience and takes you to the most special places. The roads to Casa Abajo are all paved or paved and take you through the beautiful hills of Andalusia. It gives the most beautiful views, but for those who are not used to it it may also be some challenges. When renting a car, keep in mind that you will be driving in hilly areas.
