Villa Capital Mountainview

Villa Capital Mountainview is located in the middle of the Cabo de Gata Natural Park and offers a unique combination of tranquility, views and comfort. The villa features four comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious family kitchen with air conditioning, dishwasher and fireplace, and a cosy living room with smart TV – the ideal place to relax together.

The large terrace of 60 m² on the first floor offers impressive views over the mountains and has a generous wooden dining table for breakfast in the sun or atmospheric dinners under the stars. Via a staircase you reach the higher pool terrace, surrounded by panoramas of mountains and sea. Here you will find a luxurious lounge bed (200x200), a raised seating area with wooden table and stools, and a bar with fridge – perfect for relaxing moments in the open air. Due to the higher altitude, there is almost always a refreshing breeze.

The patio with barbecue exudes an authentic Spanish atmosphere and is ideal for long evenings with friends or family. The villa is only a 15-minute drive from the beach and the center of Carboneras, where you will find cozy tapas bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

Thanks to its location in the Cabo de Gata Natural Park, this is the perfect place for hikers, cyclists and peace seekers who want to enjoy nature, views and silence, but still want to stay close to the lively coast and the promenade.

The villa is equipped with fast WiFi, solar panels and is happy to welcome dogs.

Please note that due to the difference in height and the stairs, the accommodation is less suitable for young children without a swimming certificate or guests with reduced mobility.
