Casa Bella is a spacious villa located between La Viñuela and Canillas de aceituno.
The view is phenomenal, The sea, The Maroma and Lake La Viñuela can be seen from Casa Bella.

The villa is suitable for 6 to 7 people (+baby) and has a 10 meter long swimming pool.
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious living room with separate dining area.
Behind the villa you will find a beach volleyball court and around the pool there is room to enjoy the wonderful climate of the Costa del Sol.
Casa Bella is entirely accessible via a paved road and is 25 minutes from the beach of Torre del Mar and 40 minutes from Malaga and airport.

You will be personally welcomed on site by the Take a holiday in Spain team and it is also available when needed.

This accommodation includes final cleaning, bath and bed linen, beach towels and electricity (normal use)

My name is Jasper and together with a passionate team we manage, maintain and rent holiday accommodations in the La Axarquia region. A very beautiful part of Spain where you can find everything for a perfect holiday. Wonderful beaches, top gastronomy, cities such as Malaga and Granada and a good dose of nature.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

No extra cleaning costs and linen costs for stays of at least 7 days.


Prices include bath, bed and kitchen, linen and final cleaning

  • Booking fees are paid as follows:
  • 30% upon booking and 70% no later than 8 weeks before arrival including the deposit of €300
  • 100% if the arrival date is within 8 weeks.

Electricity 20kwh per day included in price.

Cancel costs

  • More than 8 weeks before arrival date 30% of the total amount.
  • Within 8 weeks before arrival date 100% of the total amount.

Casa Bella is located in the mountain area of La Axarquia and accessible via paved road

For Casa Bella the allowed number of guests is a maximum of 6 + 1 baby up to 3 years, a 7th guest can be booked on request.

It is not allowed to admit more guests to the house than specified in the booking and/or without consultation.

The landlord is not liable for any damage or accidents during your stay.

We recommend that you always take out cancellation insurance
