Moreover, you are only a 20-minute drive away from the bustling center of Malaga.

Our beautifully stylish villa, completely renovated in 2023, welcomes you with breathtaking views of the azure sea in front, while from the backyard you look out on majestic mountains and a mango and avocado plantation. This exclusive property, equipped with a spacious private swimming pool (8x4), is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with various palm trees, fruit trees and olive trees, creating an idyllic holiday destination.

Welcome to Casa Suerte Verde, the sunny retreat that we, Armin & Henriette, proudly call our Spanish home! In the Netherlands we have a recreation company at Groen Geluk. Here we receive guests to stay, camp and enjoy beautiful regional products. Out of season we enjoy this lovely place with our family.
Be enchanted by the warm rays of sunshine, taste the unique flavors of Spanish cuisine, and enjoy the unprecedented beauty of this piece of paradise.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

You can only rent our villa per half week, with a minimum stay of 7 nights.
Saturday and Wednesday as arrival and departure days.
Outside the high season and Dutch school holidays, we offer flexible arrival & departure dates and a booking of at least 4 days.

Payments: 40% upon reservation. 60% 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord.
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price;
for cancellation up to 4 weeks 40%
and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 100%.
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
