All windows in the house have shutters and mosquito nets.

The covered terrace ensures that you can enjoy the necessary shade all day long.

There are an additional 2 movable parasol bases on wheels, with matching parasols.

There is a swimming pool and spacious terrace.

We are Karin and Didier, both from Belgium. We fell in love with Andalusia, and especially with the authentic Axarquia with its beautiful white villages. The periods that we cannot enjoy this ourselves, we really want to share our home with other people. The sun, sea and mountains, peace and action, culture and nature, and the comfort of the house with swimming pool and sea view, everything is there for a pleasant holiday! WELCOME!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
