Our 4-bedroom villa is located within Arcos Gardens Golf Club & Country Estate, just 3 kilometers from the picturesque town of Arcos de la Frontera in Cádiz, Andalusia, Spain.
The villa features four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The entire villa is on a single ground-floor level, except for one bedroom on a lower level. The open plan kitchen and living area opens onto a terrace with breathtaking views of the iconic white village of Arcos de la Frontera. Just steps from the villa, enjoy your private swimming pool (10 x 5 meters) and a lush garden that borders the 12th fairway.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, television, air conditioning, washing machine, and dryer. The house has a private outdoor area with a pool, garden, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower.
Arcos Gardens Golf Course unfortunately is closed for renovations from November 2025 for about 1 year. The Club, Hotel and surrounding area were managed by the Bank for a long time and upkeep to the course was minimal. The new owners want to restore the course to its former glory (it was ranked in the top 100 best golf courses in the world at one stage) and re-open the hotel and club house, which is very exciting news, but unfortunately this means you cannot play golf currently in Arcos. The good news is that there are some beautiful courses nearly:
• Montecastillo Golf Club (Barceló Montecastillo Resort): distance approximately 25 minutes from the villa. A Jack Nicklaus-designed course at a luxury resort with a spa and excellent facilities. Around €90 / 18 holes. barcelo.com
• Sherry Golf Jerez: distance approximately 45 minutes from the villa. An 18-hole championship course and a 9-hole par-3 course. Modern layout with wide fairways. Approx €50 / 18 holes. sherrygolf.com
• Villanueva Golf: distance approximately 50 minutes from the villa. An 18 holes and a par of 72, and even the most demanding players will enjoy an unforgettable golfing experience.
There are Tennis courts and padel courts are available for rent and located 15 minutes on foot from the accommodation. There is a parking space available on the premises. One pet is allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted on the property. Please note that there may be government regulations regarding water usage during your stay, which could affect the use of the pool, garden irrigation, or limit tap water usage.
