The space
Welcome to our newest hidden gem, located in the mountains of Malaga: Finca Paradis!
Just a 30-minute drive from Malaga, in Villanueva del Rosario, you will find our oasis of luxury. Finca Paradis is an exclusive 800 m² country house with 11 bedrooms, a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym and sauna with stunning views of our olive trees and the surrounding mountains.
Finca Paradis is truly a paradise in nature. The unique architecture reflects the history of Andalusia and combines the four cultures and religions that have shaped Andalusia. The Arab cultural influences are represented in the Arab quarter of the manor, which connects the hall with the living room. The Jewish cultural influences are represented in the Jewish quarter of the house, which connects the living room with the dining room. The Romanesque influences can be found in the impressive limestone columns at the entrance and the terrace near the living room. Finally, the Christian culture can be found in the various crosses on the house, a statue of Mary in our courtyard and the details of the doors.
This unique architecture also reflects us as your host. We like to welcome everyone and bring different cultures into contact with each other.
Finca Paradis offers a total of 11 bedrooms. In the main building we have 8 rooms and in the stables another 3 rooms. The suite on the top floor offers a beautiful view over the garden and the mountains, has a walk-in closet and an attached bathroom. Furthermore, we have 3 suites, our larger bedrooms, all with an attached bathroom, and 2 "standard" rooms, both with an attached bathroom. Finally, there are 2 "smaller" rooms in the basement, with a shared bathroom. The 3 bedrooms in the stables all have an open bathroom connected to each room. Of course, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating, with the exception of the two basement rooms, but they do not heat up in summer. However, we always have a mobile air conditioner available for these rooms if required.
Furthermore, the Finca offers you a large, fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances. There are also two washing machines and two dryers available, as well as an additional fridge and freezer.
The Finca has a large salon with an adjoining terrace with fantastic views. We also have a spacious dining room. Finally, we have a large gym and sauna in the basement of the house. As icing on the cake, we have an outdoor cinema with a 100" TV.
Around the house you will find several terraces to enjoy the outdoors. We also have a heated swimming pool, sun loungers, a pool bar and a jacuzzi to enjoy the good weather.
Of course there is plenty of parking outside.
We can also make your holiday unforgettable by offering (daily) cleaning service, a private chef, transport or anything else you wish to make your holiday complete.
