Your reservation is confirmed as soon as 25% of the rental amount has been paid by bank transfer within 1 week. The remaining amount must be transferred no later than 30 days before arrival. If you book less than 30 days before arrival, you pay the full rental amount. If the remaining amount is not paid before the specified date, the reservation will automatically expire. In that case, you will not receive a refund of the deposit.

Annul 

• If you cancel in the period up to 8 weeks before the start date of your stay, we do not charge a cancellation fee and we will refund the deposit in full. 
• In case of cancellation from 8 weeks to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be retained.
• In case of cancellation from 30 days to 15 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount will be retained.
• In case of cancellation from 15 days before the arrival date until one day before the arrival date, 75% of the total amount will be retained. 
• If you cancel on the day of arrival or leave earlier, you will not be entitled to a refund. 

These conditions apply to any form of cancellation. We therefore advise everyone to take out proper travel and cancellation insurance before departure.
