We offer you a stylish holiday home in a quiet area, just 900 meters from the beach. Our accommodation was recently renovated in 2024. Here you can enjoy all the comforts on our 100 m2 terrace with jacuzzi and a beautiful view of the mango and avocado trees. We are located in an urbanization with a large communal pool in the Axarquia area.

The penthouse consists of 55 m2 of living space inside. Through the kitchen you can go outside and you can enjoy a terrace of no less than 100m2!! One part is covered and the other part is outdoors. Ideal for outdoor dining or barbecuing, admiring nature, chilling out in one of the corners and last but not least, relaxing in our vivo spa jacuzzi. There is also a communal swimming pool of the urbanization.
Wifi and Netflix are at your disposal. Also board games. The recliner has buttons on both sides to put the legs up, blissful! The washing machine for the clothes is on the covered terrace, you can hang them on the available drying rack or on the clothesline outside. Ironing board and iron are also available.
The newly renovated kitchen has all the appliances: an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, a large fridge and freezer and a microwave. Furthermore, all the necessities, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, cutting board, tupperware boxes and so much more.
In the bathroom you can shower in the practical walk-in shower with rain head. A hairdryer and some rolls of toilet paper are also available in the bathroom, large and small towels are included.
In the exotic room, under the bed is a large storage space where you can store suitcases and other things. Of course, bed linen is included in the price, as are the towels in the bathroom. Above the new double bed hangs a fan, but an air conditioner also provides cooling/heating here.
The beach room is the second bedroom. Here is plenty of storage space in the large wardrobe. There is also plenty of space under the double bed. Air conditioning and ceiling fan are not missing here either.
Upon entering you enter the hall. On the right you can admire the landscaped cactus garden with the beautiful view of the mango and avocado trees behind it. There is also a large coat rack, shoe cabinet and modern, round mirror.
Due to the exceptionally mild micro-climate, this region occupies a special place in Europe. The climate is the mildest in all of Europe and nowhere else will you find more hours of sunshine per year. The mountains that enclose the Axarquia block the cold north wind from the Spanish plateau. In winter, they also ensure that the warm southerly wind from Africa lingers. As a result, the temperature can rise to around 20 degrees in the shade in winter.
