We are Lieke & Jeroen from the Netherlands. Spain has won our hearts, especially the enchanting region of Andalusia. Our own unforgettable journeys to southern Spain sparked a desire for more people to experience the magic we encountered. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation within 21 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
