Check in:
Check-in from 14:00, possible earlier in consultation. In any case, indicate at least one day before arrival what time you expect to arrive and call the host or hostess on the day itself 30 minutes before arrival. This way there is certainly someone present and you do not have to wait unnecessarily. For check-in, please report to the gate of the B&B.
Check out:
Check-out is possible between 10:00 - 11:00 on the day of departure. In consultation you may be able to leave earlier or later.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation of the reservation, the following conditions apply:

-In case of cancellation 40 days or earlier before the arrival date, €15 handling fee.
-If cancelled 39 days to 15 days before the arrival date 50% cancellation fee.
-If cancelled 14 days or less before arrival date or no show, no refund of payment.
2.0
Only after the opinion of the owner or manager (for example in case of emergencies) can the cancellation conditions be deviated from.
3.0
To be eligible for a refund, the cancellation must be communicated directly to the owner by email or telephone.
4.0
After consultation, the agreed amount will be transferred within two weeks.
5.0
No refund will be made in the event of early departure.

B&B La Casa de Familia can only cancel the reservation agreement in the event of force majeure, natural disaster, extraordinary weather conditions, fire, death of the owners or family, hospitalization or unannounced sale.
7.0
In one of these cases, the owner or manager will try to offer the guest an alternative as soon as possible.
8.0
If no alternative is possible or the guest does not accept the offered alternative, the full amount will be refunded. Any other costs resulting from termination will not be reimbursed by the owner.
