Villa. in the heart of Andalusia Spain. Equipped with a very large garden with its own private swimming pool. Privacy, sun and tranquility can be found here. Completely on one level. Outside in the garden and around the house no less than 5 different places and terraces with tables, chairs, sunbeds to enjoy the mountains, the silence and nature.

Seen on the map, the villas are located exactly between the famous cities of Granada, Cordoba Jaen, Malaga, Seville and Ronda. There are several walking routes from the houses. After booking you will also receive a lot of information from the landlord including walking routes, directions for the day of arrival and information about nearby supermarkets and restaurants. On the day of arrival, you will be personally welcomed by the owner.

Hi, I'm Angela. I am from Andalusia but have also lived in the Netherlands. My husband is Dutch and we have 2 daughters. We live close to the villa and take care of the garden, do the cleaning of the villa and the swimming pool. We will receive you personally on the day of arrival. After booking you will receive a route description from us that will take you to us and from there we will guide you to the villa. If you like SILENCE, TRANQUILITY and NATURE. Then you've come to the right place.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The basic rental price is valid for a maximum of 4 people. For each additional person you pay 10 euros per night.
POWER and WATER: are included.
PAYMENT: by bank in 2 parts. 1st part (20%) within 3 days, 2nd part (80%) 10 days before arrival. Deposit: 150 euros.
FINAL CLEANING: Mandatory 90 euros per reservation
Your bed will be made up and you will find 2 towels per person. If you make a reservation for several weeks, you will receive a bag with clean sheets, towels and tea towels from us every week.
Your pet can come for FREE (maximum 1)
WIFI: WiFi can be contracted optionally. 15 euros per week. You only have to tell us on the day of arrival if you want to, then we will give you the codes.
CENTRAL HEATING: It can also be so cold in Andalusia in winter that you would prefer to have additional heating. The house has central heating. This runs on propane gas bottles. When using central heating, you pay us the daily price of the gas bottles you use.

The deposit will be refunded within 3 days after departure. Any damage will be deducted from the deposit.

The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 150 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 150 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
