Our holiday home offers all the luxury you need for a perfect holiday with family and friends. The house offers more than enough space for 8 guests.

It's the ultimate place, a home away from home where you can relax and enjoy a perfect holiday in the bush. Animals roam freely around the house and the Kruger National Park is just around the corner.

There are 4 bedrooms with 2 beds each. The 2 large bedrooms upstairs both have an en-suite bathroom. The 2 smaller bedrooms downstairs have a bathroom to share.

In the house you will find an open kitchen with a large refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave and 5 burner gas stove. Then you will find the utility room with washing machine and dryer for our guests to use. There is also a dining area and a living room with television (bring your own device to connect).

African bush life is all about the outdoors. On our beautiful covered terrace you will find an outdoor kitchen with built-in braai, dining table and a large lounge area. Here you can sit and relax and enjoy the sounds of the bush.

Cool off in the swimming pool (splash pool) where our resident hippopotamus Bella will be happy to keep you company. And maybe the kudu, the warthog or the giraffe will come to visit while you sit on the terrace.

The icing on the cake is our roof terrace where you can sit and enjoy the sunset in the evening. Our visitors say we have the best view of Marloth Park. You can see Kruger National Park and the mountains from our rooftop. Watching the sun set in the Kruger Park from your own roof terrace is ultimate happiness.

Jackals Dream has backup batteries to make the times when there is no power (loadshedding) a little more comfortable. The fans and lighting work on this system. The hot water comes from 2 large gas geysers and we have a large water tank as a backup in case the water supply fails.

We try to deal with our environment in a sustainable way. That is why we ask guests to use electricity and water sparingly.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.

Deposit (per booking): €200
The deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks after departure when the house has been left according to the house rules.
