Walking through the front door of this penthouse will leave you speechless. The views over the city and sea are, quite simply, breathtaking and extraordinary!

You will instantly understand why your holiday accommodation is called the 'Panoramic Penthouse'. Through the huge windows and sliding doors that almost surround the penthouse, you can look over the rooftops of Sea Point, onto the shining blue Atlantic Ocean. Or gaze up to beautiful Lion's Head with the luxury villas of Fresnaye nestling on its slopes. Here, you seem to float above everything and, because of the elevated position, are not overlooked by anyone.

You will be entranced by the view, but the interior of the penthouse is equally amazing! Contemporary design and high-quality furnishings harmonise with sophisticated architecture, large floor-to-ceiling sliding doors and glass balustrades. With a spacious living and dining area, a large open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an additional guest WC and spacious balconies in three directions, the penthouse offers all the prerequisites for a perfect holiday for two to six people.

When you open the large sliding doors of the penthouse, the boundary between inside and outside disappears. Thanks to the roof extending over the balconies, there is protection from the sun throughout the day. Apart from the views, the highlight of the outdoor space is the plunge pool - which is all yours! From the pool, you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view. In addition, there is a large communal pool and entertainment area to enjoy on the third floor of the building.

The penthouse is so comfortable you might never want to leave! However, if you do go out and explore, you will find that you are right in the middle of Cape Town's most trendy suburb. Cafés, pubs, restaurants and shops are only a few minutes' walk away. The nearby Sea Point promenade is the place to go for a walk, jog or cycle.

The penthouse is equipped with battery storage to be as self-sufficient as possible in the event of power cuts!

Explanation of prices

Prices are quoted per night up to maximum occupancy. Prices include daily cleaning (except Sundays and public holidays), cleaning on departure, linen, towels, electricity, water, heating, air conditioning, parking, and internet.

Cancellation: In case of cancellation the 25% deposit will not be refunded. Up to 8 weeks prior to the arrival date the booking can be cancelled with no additional costs. Between 8 and 4 weeks, prior to the arrival date, 50% of the rental fee is payable on cancellation. If the stay is cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, no refunds will be given.
