Villa Douro

During your stay in this unforgettable villa you will enjoy beautiful views over the vineyards and olive groves and the surrounding villages. The villa is a typical example of a Douro schisty stone house. The villa has been renovated, where a ruin previously stood, a beautiful villa has now been built, tastefully furnished to a high standard. Every piece of furniture is authentic and almost all Portuguese. The attractive decoration throughout the house creates a unique atmosphere that will make your stay unforgettable.
Guests are pampered by the local staff who live in the nearby village.
There is a cook and a maid who take care of the cleaning work in the villa. These services, such as the preparation of breakfast, lunch or dinner, can be arranged for an additional fee. The food served is of high quality!
The villa is child-friendly and therefore suitable for families who want to spend an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful places in Portugal.

The villa is a 10-minute drive from the picturesque village of Pinhão. You can also explore the Douro wine region from the villa.
The village is located at the foot of the hill, surrounded by vineyards at the place where the Douro and Pinhão rivers meet. Pinhão is dominated by several port cellars and here too there are several Quintas, where you can taste the local wines.

Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious living room and dining area with comfortable chairs, satellite TV, DVD player and stereo system. Guest toilet.
First floor: Two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower room.
Both bedrooms have a door to the lovely balcony (which runs the full length of the house) where you can enjoy the beautiful view over the valley.
