You are welcome all year round at Villa Caldara. It is a modern and luxurious holiday home with private pool, outdoor kitchen and south-facing terraces overlooking the valley. Located in rustic Coto, just 7 minutes from the center of Caldas da Rainha and close to the most beautiful and famous beaches of the Silver Coast: Foz do Arelho (12 min), São Martinho do Porto (17 min) and Nazaré (25 min).
The detached villa has 3 spacious bedrooms (one of which is on the ground floor) and 2 modern bathrooms, is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 6 guests plus one child aged 0-3 years. Villa Caldara features a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering, as well as a large outdoor kitchen with a charcoal barbecue, countertop, and sink.
The house is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The bright and cozy living room gives direct access to the terrace and pool, furnished with comfortable sunbeds and a dining table.

The villa has fast WiFi, international TV with all your favorite channels and a closet full of games. Important seasonal information:
- The private swimming pool is heated from April to September to +/- 23 – 25°C. Optional for season October/March at extra cost.
- The pallet stove can only be used in the October to March season.
