Guesthouse Yuccasa is a small-scale Guesthouse consisting of 3 accommodations, of which Casa Raposa is one of them.
This unique Portuguese studio cottage sleeps 2 adults and 1 or max 2 small children. Is tastefully decorated with lots of wood, wicker and original Mediterranean elements. The studio cottage has a smart TV, private kitchen, and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Casa Raposa has a comfortable king-size bed, and a small room with a 1m60 bed where 1 child can sleep. A camp bed could be placed next to it. (This small room is not suitable for adults)
This guesthouse has a private terrace where you can enjoy the evening sun. From the terrace you look out over the spacious garden where there is a swimming pool, large trampoline, swing and some fruit trees.

We officially started our guesthouse in May 2023. At the moment we offer 2 portuguese cottages / apartments and 1 large tipi tent.
We also live on the site and that is what makes our accommodations so small-scale and cozy for families. Our garden is secure and fully fenced.
Our swimming pool has been renovated and is 1m60 deep. Be careful with small children without a swimming certificate. The pool is not fenced.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable or unwilling to accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must inform the landlord immediately. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
