In the middle of nature you will find our small-scale B&B. Pátio do Vale is located in a green valley an hour's drive from Lisbon airport and only 12 minutes from the beach. We are here in the middle of the cultural triangle of the Portuguese Silver Coast, an environment that has a lot to offer.
So whether you are big, small, a fan of culture, peace seekers, beach lovers or bon vivants, there is plenty to discover here!

Room Pátio is cozy, fresh and cozy and equipped with a sitting area and its own modern bathroom. It has a large covered private terrace overlooking the garden. We have a lovely (saltwater) swimming pool, a large garden with beautiful views and a covered outdoor kitchen with BBQ. For those who want, we serve delicious breakfasts, prepared with fresh local products.

You can rent individual rooms from us, or the whole house up to max. 16 people.

Hi, I'm Katja and since 2022 I have been the owner of a lovely B&B on the Portuguese Silver Coast together with my partner Ruud.

What makes me happy: developing creative ideas, rolling up my sleeves, styling & interior. I am very much into the details and can't do without humor, Portugal, friends and family, good food and drinks, being outside and making people happy. And last but certainly not least my love & our dog!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation up to 30 (exclusive) days before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 30 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
