This modern house overlooks the Atlantic coast and the Sintra National Park, just a 30-minute drive from the center of Lisbon, a 10-minute drive from the charming town of Cascais and a 15-minute drive from Sintra (World Heritage Site).
The villa is close to everything yet private. An ideal retreat for your holidays.

Location:
The villa is located in the village of Charneca do Guincho, 100 meters from the villa, guests will find a supermarket, restaurant and bar. Exceptional location close to Lisbon and the beaches of the Estoril / Cascais coast. Guincho beach with its white sand, unspoilt sand dunes and rocky landscape is a 20 minute walk from the villa via a narrow path along a beautiful quinta and can be viewed from the garden.

Modern living room opening onto a wooden terrace and a 5mx5m swimming pool with beautiful views of the ocean and the Sintra Cascais Natural Park.
The dining room is next to the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle) and seats 8 people. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms (2 single beds) has access to the garden. The other (2 single beds) overlooks the rear garden.

First floor:
On the first floor there is the master suite with a large double bed (King size) and a full bathroom. The bedroom opens onto a sunny terrace with beautiful sea and national park views. On the second floor, the second suite has a large double bed (King size) and another terrace with breathtaking sea views.

Bedroom layout: 4 bedrooms - sleeping accommodation for 4 adults and 4 children, or 6 adults and 2 children (to be changed if required)
- 1 bedroom on the ground floor with attached full bathroom (2 single beds)
- 1 ground floor bedroom with attached full bathroom opening onto gardens (2 single beds)
- 1 bedroom on the first floor with ensuite bathroom, private terrace and sea view (King size bed)
- 1 bedroom on the second floor with ensuite bathroom, private terrace and sea view. (King Size bed)3 bathrooms, 2 ensuite bathrooms + 1 extra full bathroom
In the garage there is a laundry room and some sports gears.
