Spacious villa hidden among the pine trees, located next to the Aroeira Golf Resort. Just half an hour from the center of Lisbon, a short distance from the beach and with various restaurants in the area, this is an ideal base for a wonderful holiday.

Large, comfortably furnished living room with lots of light from outside. Open passage to the dining room, kitchen. Playroom. There is WiFi internet in the villa. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with private bathroom, two double bedrooms share a bathroom.

First floor: suite with double bed and private bathroom, bedroom with a single bed, on the mezzanine there is another single bed. This can also be placed in one of the bedrooms with a double bed.

Lower floor: Bedroom with 4 single beds, which can also be made up as a double bed. 1 bathroom.

Outside: large garden with private heated swimming pool, (12 x 5 m) fenced, so very safe for small children. There is plenty of space in the garden to play a game of football or table tennis on the covered terrace. Perhaps you would rather dream away in one of the hammocks or enjoy the sun in one of the sun loungers on the pool terrace. Close to the kitchen is a long outdoor table with barbecue and pizza oven, so you can also cook and eat outside. There is an outside bathroom that can easily be used when coming out of the pool. There are three bicycles available for guests' use and parking for three cars.
