Please note:
- Groups of young people are not allowed.
- Groups of adults only agree after prior consultation with the landlord. Flexible arrival: Although the villa has a flexible arrival day, we can't leave too many empty days between bookings. Always contact the team at Amarante Villas to make sure your desired dates are accepted.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- End-of-stay cleaning
- Beds made on arrival
- Use of the Internet
- 1 High chair and 1 baby cot (on request)

The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):
- Damage insurance: €50 per week, non-refundable (damages covered up to €1,500 per booking).
- Booking fee: € 35

Optional to book, on request:
- Pool towels: € 5 per person per stay
- Extra cot: € 25 per week
- Extra high chair: € 25 per week
