This lovely villa was built 20 years ago as a holiday/family home with all the necessary amenities. Nestled between the A2 motorway to the Algarve and the N10 national road in a farming community called Cajados. Close to the Sado Statue Reserve and only 10 kilometers from the attractive town of Setubal. The ride from Lisbon airport is 35 minutes. A nearby Pinhal Novo train station offers frequent train services to Lisbon (city and centre), the express trains to the Algarve and in the opposite direction to Porto and is a hub for regional lines to the Alentejo region.

The kitchen is equipped with eg a microwave, fridge with fridge freezer, dishes & cutlery, coffee maker, Nespresso, dishwasher, hob, toaster, hot air oven, grill, blender, kettle.
Upstairs: Bedroom with double bed and bathroom en-suite and with a balcony. Air conditioning: All bedrooms, kitchen and dining room are equipped with air conditioning!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

NB:
- Groups of young people are not allowed.
- Single gender groups are allowed upon request only.
- No parties or events without written confirmation from Amarante Villas

Discount for rentals of 2 or more consecutive weeks:
8% for 3 consecutive weeks
10% for 4 consecutive weeks

Flexible arrival:
Although the villa has a flexible arrival day, we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Always contact the Amarante Villas team to ensure your desired dates are accepted.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Pool towels
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Interim cleaning (towel change + minor cleaning) and final cleaning
- Beds made upon arrival
- Use of the internet
- 1 high chair and 1 cot (on request)

The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):
- Deposit: €50 per week, non-refundable (damage covered up to €1,500 per booking).
- Reservation costs: €35

Can be booked optionally, on request:
- Extra cot: €25 per week
- Extra high chair: €25 per week
- Air conditioning / heating: € 175 per week
