Bom dia. We are Natascha and Fred from Vleuten. For years we have been up to our ears in love with the beautiful Portugal. We think it's a wonderful country. We thoroughly enjoy the beautiful weather, beautiful scenery, the sea and the wonderful food. The Portuguese people are so welcoming and friendly.
And, not unimportant, Portugal is relatively cheap. Eating out need doesn't have to be more expensive than cooking at home.

From the garden you have access to the terrace and pool. Beside the pool is a covered barbecue. There is also a garage. The large dining room has a door to the adjacent large driveway. The garden is screened by walls. The villa is situated on 480 m2 land. A terrace surrounds the pool which is a Roman staircase and a separate outdoor shower. From the terrace one has a clear view on a lime orchard. The house is surrounded by a colorful garden, including lawn, palm trees and flowering plants. The villa has 3 large bedrooms, each with its own built-in wardrobe and fitted with a 2-person bed. In total there are 3 bathrooms. A marble staircase leads to the first floor. The "master bedroom" is equipped with a king bed and large en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, double sink, toilet and bidet. The bedrooms have extremely comfortable beds. The villa is situated in Ericeira in a quiet residential neighborhood in the western part of the town, Pinhal dos Frade. The villa has a panoramic view of a lime orchard and towards the coast of the Atlantic beaches of Ericeira oceaan.De are 4 miles from the huis.Op a good walking distance are a bakery, butcher shop and snack bar (Frangos piripiri). A large supermarket is only 3 kilometers from the house. Ericeira center lies approximately 4 kilometers, there are numerous craft shops and restaurants. Lisbon is about 40 kilometers from the house. At Lisbon airport is the "Aero Porte de Lisboa". In the vicinity are plenty of activities such as golfing, horseback riding, tennis etc. but also interesting cultural sights.

ERICEIRA, the place where it gaat.Ericeira is about 40 miles north of Lisbon and 27 km south of Torres Vedras, on the Atlantic coast. It is the southernmost fishermen-cum resort of Costa de Prata and one of the busiest, but also enjoyable. Ericeira is a picturesque, traditional village with whitewashed houses, alleys and streets, squares with outdoor cafes, many restaurants and bars with lots of greenery and a daily market. It is reminiscent of that of the resorts in the Algarve. Several small sheltered sandy beaches, but particularly popular with surfers due to the strong branding.Tevens are in Ericeira several night clubs and disco bars. Golf course is about 23km away.
