We rent out our luxury holiday home in the mountains of Central Portugal, in the region of Coimbra, near the village of Gois and within walking distance of a lovely river beach.
The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very spacious living room and kitchen. The house is beautifully secluded, where you can enjoy your privacy and the breathtaking view of the mountains in peace. The rustic villa has a spacious garden with a cozy vegetable garden, fruit trees and a nice swimming pool to cool off in. If you prefer natural water, you can walk to the river beach of Vila Nova do Ceira.
The layout of the villa on the upper floor:
- Kitchen with all conveniences (fridge, freezer, stove and oven and nespresso coffee machine and milk frother).
- Spacious living room, with 6-person dining table, cozy fireplace and kitchen.
- Spacious bathroom with toilet and bath.
- French doors to the roof terrace, with a dining table outside with ample views over the mountains.

There are lots of things to do in the area:
You can enjoy beautiful hiking trails, there is a lot of water with waterfalls, river beaches, rafting and canoeing in the mountains.
There are many nice villages with authentic markets and culture, such as Coja, Arganil and Oliviera do Hospital.
Coimbra is a beautiful university city 35 minutes away, with culture, museums and art.
