Quinta Levegada is completely free in nature on a hectare of land with olive and fruit trees.

Under the canopy you sit in the shade and yet in the middle of nature with all the bird sounds around you.

Under the canopy with wicker mats, you can set up the long table and eat surrounded by nature with a view of the mountains.
The front of the house with the main entrance and access to the porch that runs the length of the house. On this side, the cars can be parked in front of the door.
The rear terrace has sun in the morning and the tall trees in the afternoon provide great cooling when the sun is too hot at the front. You can also set up the ping pong table in the shade here in the afternoon. Here is also the laundry room with washing machine.

The private swimming pool is located in a grassy meadow surrounded by olive trees. 12 m x 4 m
On our site you will find more than 40 fruit trees from which you can pick fresh fruit during all seasons. Oranges, lemons, peaches, pears, apples, plums, grapes, tangerines and cherries.

The large open kitchen invites you to cook together. Everyone can stand around the kitchen island and help with the preparations. Equipped with a large refrigerator, espresso machine, milk frother, kettle, oven, 4-burner hob, dishwasher and all the tools you need for cooking and baking.

In the large living room there is a dining table for 10 people. From the living room you can go to the rear terrace and next to the kitchen are the patio doors to the two smallest rooms 'O Limeiro' and 'O Oliveiro'.
The Bruno wood stove heats the house when it is a bit colder.
The largest room 'A Mimosa' is a lovely bright room with lots of space and a large wardrobe. It has patio doors leading to the porch and views of the terraces and mountains. The beds can also be pushed apart.

'O Limeiro' is located on the east side where the sun rises in the morning and lights up the room. If you keep the shutters closed, it stays nice and dark. Next to this room is the small bathroom.
Room 'O Sobreiro' is the second largest room and is located next to the main bathroom.

Room 'O Oliveiro' is located at the front with patio doors to the veranda. Here the sun comes in the afternoon. If you keep the shutters closed, it stays nice and cool. The two single beds can also be pushed apart. Opposite this room is the small bathroom and room 'O limeiro'.
The main bathroom is located between the two largest rooms. It has two sinks, a shower and a bathtub.

From the kitchen you can walk through the patio doors onto the veranda and you can put breakfast or dinner directly on the table.
