The spacious sitting room on the first floor in the old part of the granite house offers a lot of comfort and a beautiful view.
The television room is a unique place in the house. Here you can watch our DVDs or your own DVDs while you have a view of the pool.

You can enjoy cooking and eating in the spacious open kitchen with 4 gas burners, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, cupboards full of all kinds of crockery and cutlery and a dining table for 6 people.
The spacious kitchen has all amenities, a dining table and direct access to the terrace and garden.

The garden is ideal for playing or playing football.
The Jasmine is in bloom in June.
all bedrooms have their own patio doors to the (private) garden.
The oldest part of the house, which has been completely renovated, dates from 1790, with thick granite walls that keep the heat out in the summer.

The house is located right next to (about 100 meters) a former wine farm (Quinta de Luou) which is beautifully situated on a hill between the vineyards. This environment exudes peace and quality.
