Casa Palmeira & Casa Agave
Casa Palmeira are located at Quinta da Encavalada. It is located on the outskirts of the village of Senhor das Almas near Oliveira do Hospital. On this very beautiful authentic Portuguese gentleman's farm of 3.5 hectares of greenery, two beautiful granite holiday homes (next to each other) are available for a year-round stay. There is a communal swimming pool available on the lower grounds for some cooling. Come and enjoy!
The Palmeira and Agave are cosily furnished and detached holiday homes, restored from the original granite walls. From the veranda and balcony of the house you have a beautiful view over the grounds and in the distance the Caramulo mountain ridge. Palmeira has 2 bedrooms with a total of 5 fixed beds and Agave has 3 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds.
The rental of Casa Palmeira and Casa Agave includes:
- Linen package for bed/bath and kitchen (changed weekly for longer stays)
- Costs of final cleaning
- WiFi/TV in every cottage
- Heating by means of wood stove / firewood
- Water, gas and electricity (up to 8kWh per day) included
- Cozy sitting and dining area for 5 people (2x)
- Spacious, open kitchen with good facilities (such as a 4-burner gas stove, microwave, fridge/freezer)
- Spacious bedroom in Palmeira with a double bed and a room with a 1 and double bed and in the Agave 2 bedrooms with a single bed and 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.
- Palmeira : Bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Drying rack available
- Agave : Bathroom with sink, toilet, shower/bath and bidet.
- Veranda with outdoor furniture, parasol and outdoor kitchen (charcoal BBQ not allowed due to risk of wildfires)
- Smoking exclusively on the veranda
- On-site parking near the cottage or general parking lot
- Max 2 dogs allowed per cottage, for an additional cleaning fee
- Infant (up to 2 years) free of charge
