The house is equipped with and includes:

• Final cleaning costs
• Linen package for bed/bath and kitchen (changed weekly for longer stays)

• Heating by wood stove/firewood and Air Conditioning for heating and cooling
• Bathroom heated by Infrared panel heating
• Water, gas and electricity (up to 10 kWh per day) included
• Spacious kitchen with good facilities such as a 4-burner gas stove with oven, air-fryer, sandwich maker, fully automatic espresso machine with coffee beans, fridge/freezer
• Spacious bedroom with a double bed and a room with 2 single beds
• Spacious bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Washing machine and drying rack available
• Veranda with garden furniture, parasol and 2 sunbeds
• Parking on site at the house 
• There are max. 2 dogs allowed
