The living area is open plan with a well-equipped, modern kitchen and patio doors leading to an al fresco dining area with an awning. Both bedrooms on the first floor have balconies overlooking the kidney-shaped pool and fenced garden.

Ground floor: open plan living/dining/kitchen area. Scullery. 1 bedroom with two single beds. 1 bathroom. First floor: 1 double bedroom with balcony, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom. 1 twin bedroom with balcony and bathroom with shower.

- Groups are only allowed after consultation with the landlord.

Flexible arrival:
Although the villa has a flexible arrival day, we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Always check with the team at Amarante Villas to make sure your desired dates are accepted.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Pool towels
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Final cleaning
- Beds made on arrival
- Use of the internet
-Air conditioning
- 1 High chair and 1 baby cot (on request)

The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):
- Damage insurance: €70 per week, non-refundable (damage covered up to €1,500 per booking).
- Tourist tax: €84
- Booking fee: €35
Optional to book, on request:
- Extra cot: € 25 per week
- Extra high chair: € 25 per week
- Pool heating € 360 per week (minimum 1 week), to be paid on site. Please note that guests who wish to use the pool heating must request this at least 1 week before arrival.
