Our 2 bedroom apartment is located in Vilamoura, in the sunny south of Portugal, approximately 25 minutes drive from Faro Airport. Casa Jardins do Mar is a completely renovated apartment (2015) and is located on the first floor of a small-scale apartment complex. The apartment is +/- 70 m² and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with 2 sinks, shower and toilet, a sitting and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a terrace. The apartment is equipped with all necessary comfort, including air conditioning and WiFi. Bed and bath linen are included, as is the use of the washing machine. There are two folding bicycles that you can use without obligation. You can use a communal outdoor swimming pool (not heated). The apartment includes a private parking space behind the building.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The prices include bed and bath linen, water and electricity, wifi, possible use of 2 folding bicycles and all other facilities in the apartment.

If the renter, for whatever reason, wishes to cancel the booking, the renter must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail.The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 15% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
