Casa Feliz a beautiful villa, which is located at an altitude of 200m near the cute village of St Barbara de Nexe. The villa has a very spectacular view (180') over the Algarve coast, from Ilha do Farol, Faro to Albufeira.

Casa Feliz offers a lot of privacy, is located next to a nature reserve on a property of 2 hectares, has a long driveway (300m), surrounded by a tropical garden with beautiful palms, a nice swimming pool (12m by 5m) and (horizontal) large lawn . Last spring (April/May 2020) a Pool house was built and the entire terrace around the pool was reconstructed.

Casa Feliz is located 500m outside the village of St Barbara de Nexe, supermarket, petrol station, ATM, Italian restaurant with a cozy patio.

The villa is located just 15 minutes drive from the airport in Faro.

In the immediate vicinity are beautiful white sandy beaches with many nice lunch tents by the sea, furthermore the beautiful golf courses of Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and Pinheiros Altos. The city of Loule with a large local market. From Faro and Olhão you can take ferries to the islands in the Rio Formosa.

My name is Juliëtte. We rent out our villa with great pleasure! We like to come there to get away from the hustle and bustle. The location is quiet, the view is breathtaking, there is sun all day and the sunsets are special to experience every time.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property (anymore), he will continue to owe the full rent.
