The city villa is located in a quiet street in Silves and has exceptional architecture, designed by the renowned architectural firm Studio Arte.
The modest facade gives away nothing of its unique character until you open the front door. The villa is light, open, spacious and sleek with an eye for detail and design .

The carefully composed interior provides warmth and homeliness. The city villa offers space for 6 people and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower and toilet. There is a bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms with bathroom on the first floor. The open kitchen with an American fridge is equipped with every comfort. There is a spacious seating area with TV to enjoy your favorite programs and music.

The city villa also has fast and powerful WiFi. After a trip you can cool off in the plunge pool on the first terrace. Casa Joana, named after the talented architect, is located in the picturesque historic village of Silves in the sun-drenched Algarve, Portugal . Silves offers a nice mix between culture, pleasant city life and the ultimate tranquility of a village.

Its location makes it the ideal base to further explore the Algarve. After a trip you come home to Casa Joana, a beautiful city villa where elegance, comfort and design meet. Originally, Casa Joana was a ruin, previously used as a stable. Joana Dalmau Pinto, architect at StudioArte, has transformed the house into an architectural gem, with an eye for detail, privacy, light and openness. The house immediately makes you forget that you are in the center of a city. The beds sleep wonderfully, the bathrooms are small but comfortable and the three terraces are great . During breakfast on the rear terrace you will be treated to a free bird concert!

Thanks to the air conditioning and the wood stove, you can enjoy your stay in Casa Joana throughout all seasons. Silves is a quiet village, perhaps not always ideal for young adults ;-) but an ideal base for excursions and the rest of the Algarve to discover .

The area also has many golf courses for golf enthusiasts. It is also a great place to be for the surfers among us. Various beaches where surfers from all over the world come to catch the best waves.
