Casa Joana is a city villa located in a quiet street in Silves and designed by the renowned architectural firm Studio Arte. Behind the modest façade lies a house with exceptional architecture. The city villa can accommodate six people and has three bedrooms and three bathrooms with shower and toilet. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with bathroom, while the first floor has two bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The open kitchen, equipped with an American fridge, is equipped with every comfort. In addition, there is a spacious sitting area with television and music system to enjoy your favorite programs and music. The villa has powerful and fast WiFi. Outside there are three terraces, one of which has a paddling pool, ideal for cooling off after an outing. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are compact but practical and the terraces offer nice places to relax. During breakfast on the rear terrace, you will also be treated to a bird concert. Thanks to its air conditioning and wood stove, Casa Joana is suitable for a stay in any season.
The villa is named after architect Joana Dalmau Pinto, who transformed the original ruin (once used as a stable) into an architectural gem. Its design brings together privacy, light and openness and makes you forget that you are in the center of the city.
