Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Reservation and Payment Terms- To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total booking cost is required. The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 30 days before check-in. Additionally, a security deposit must be paid within 7 days prior to the check-in date.
Cancellation Policy- Cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in will receive a full refund (100% of the total amount paid). Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable, and the full booking amount will be retained.
