NEW in 2026: fully renovated and equipped kitchen with modern cooking island, seating area with 2 bar stools for breakfast, cozy cooking or just a drink. Furthermore, equipped with all modern electronic appliances including hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a separate coffee and tea corner with Nespresso machine and kettle.
This modernized attractive villa in Scandi-Japandi style with a Portuguese touch is spacious with a beautiful living and dining room with sliding doors adjacent to the garden, 3 luxurious bedrooms , each with its own bathroom, 1 with bath, separate guest toilet, a workplace in the hallway and a modern kitchen with cooking island, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher has a seating area with 2 bar stools and separate coffee/tea area with Nespresso coffee machine & kettle.
There is air conditioning in all bedrooms (3x), and living room (1x) and heat pump for underfloor heating in all rooms, so you can come to us at all times of the year.
Outside and around the house are several terraces, a lovely swimming pool located on a spacious terrace with fixed thatched umbrellas, acovered outdoor lounge area with sofa & chair, and a nice outdoor kitchen with dining table / chairs, BBQ and dartboard. This dining table can also be used as a table tennis table!
The grounds are 2000 m2 in total , have a lovely garden around the villa and depending on the season you can enjoy the floral splendor or delicious fresh figs. Of course you can park your (rental) car on site.
Near the seaside resort of Praia da Luz and the cozy port city of Lagos in the south of Portugal (Algarve) is our Vivenda da Luz; A special and unique holiday address for everyone who loves a relaxing and cozy holiday!
So no hordes of tourists with whom the grounds and swimming pool have to be shared. This way you can relax during your well-deserved holiday and enjoy the Portuguese life.
Last but not least; our Vivenda is equipped with all conveniences and uses the latest techniques as much as possible. Of course we have WiFi, Dutch but also foreign TV channels, an automatic gate to enter the site, a numerical code to enter and Philips Hue recessed lights that you can set to your own 'taste'.
Depending on the time and the season, the check-in and check-out procedure will take place on location* or online (* by owner/person who will be 'invisible' in the adjacent apartment, however, this person will not use the facilities of the site!). In this way we can provide you with all the information and facts in and around the house as well and quickly as possible so that you will quickly find your way around the Vivenda and your holiday can start!
