The spacious living room is comfortably furnished with plenty of sofas and armchairs, a lovely fireplace and patio doors leading out to a lovely covered terrace, perfect for alfresco dining. The formal dining room leads from the living room and seats 12 people. The kitchen is well equipped with cheerful, retro tiles. There is also a useful utility room with a washing machine and an additional fridge/freezer. There are 3 bedrooms on this level.
A spiral staircase takes you from the hall to the first floor where there are additional bedrooms, each with a balcony and stunning views of the village and the sea beyond.
Outside, spacious terraces and expansive lawns lead to the large swimming pool, surrounded by vibrant, green foliage and a small pathway then leads to the tennis court.
The housekeeper and gardener are close by, in a small cottage on the property, and respect the privacy of guests staying in the house.
Please note, the base of the tennis court has a green carpet topped with white sand to protect it. The photos may appear fragmentary and unkempt to the untrained eye.
