The air-conditioned villa has 5 cozy guest rooms on the first floor, each with its own style, rustic feel and an ensuite bathroom and toilet. There’s a big entrance hall, a living and dining room, a guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (gas cooker, oven, microwave, American fridge, fridge and freezer, dishwasher) and all you need to cook.

You also have an independent charming cottage for 2 people on the premises. Entering the cottage, you will find a compact kitchen, fully equipped, included a microwave, fridge and gas cooker and a comfy sofa. The sleeping area has a double bedroom (king size bed), a shower, toilet and air-conditioning.Stepping outside, you have a patio with outdoor furniture.

The villa and cottage are in an idyllic location and the perfect getaway for friends and families  who want to explore the Algarvian hinterland and coastline and/or to relax in a tranquil spot. Wi-Fi internet access is available free of charge.It has magnificent landscaped grounds with palm and fruit trees, pool house, barbecue, private swimming pool and solar pannels. Parking is available on the property.

The property is located 20 minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Algarve and close to Olhos de Agua, Albufeira and Vilamoura and the many golf courses that the Algarve region has to offer.
The nearest airport (Faro) is around 30 minutes away by car.
At Paderne, 3 kilometres from the property,  you’ll find several good restaurants and two small supermarkets.
