Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Please note:- Groups are only allowed after consultation with the landlord. Groups of young people are not allowed.
Flexible arrival:Although the villa has a flexible arrival day, we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Always check with the team at Amarante Villas to make sure your desired dates are acceptable.

The rental price includes:- Towels and bed linen- Use of gas, water and electricity- Beds made on arrival- Final cleaning- Use of internet- 1 High chair and 1 baby cot (on request)
The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):- Damage insurance: € 50 per week, non-refundable (damage covered up to € 1,500 per booking).- Reservation fee: € 35- Tourist tax: € 112
Optional to book, on request:- Extra cot: € 25 per week- Extra high chair: € 25 per week- Pool towels: € 5 per person per stay- Central heating: € 200 per week (mandatory from mid-October to mid-April)
