The cottage overlooks the mountains of the Monchique and has 45m2 and is spacious enough for 2 adults and possibly 2 small children. The spacious bedroom has access to the bathroom. There is a bed of 160cm wide and there is a folding bed of 90x200cm. In between hangs a curtain and the room offers more privacy. Furthermore, the cottage is equipped with every luxury: the kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, grill, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, toaster and kettle.
In the bathroom a rain shower. On the terrace at the front of the cottage you can sit in the sun, but there are also several shaded spots. There is a lounge area, a large outdoor table and a hammock. Parking is available at the cottage; When you go through the shared gate / entrance and drive through 120m you will find the land where the house is located.
The cottage is located on the outskirts of the village of Odiaxere. It is located in the western part of the Algarve and is easy to reach about 45 minutes from Faro airport by car. It is a quiet village, but there are plenty of nice cafes and restaurants to relax and enjoy the sunset. There is a supermarket, a butcher, a bakery and there is a market every day where you can buy fresh vegetables, fruit and fish. The house is ideal for people who love peace and nature. Yet the house is not secluded and is within walking distance of the center.
This cottage is located on a spacious private property of 7000 m², where there are two detached cottages that I rent out at the back of my land, on the outskirts of the village of Odiáxere. Both cottages have their own atmosphere and privacy, but are a short distance from each other. It is also possible to rent both cottages together – ideal for friends, two couples or a family that wants just a little more space.
