Absolutely gorgeous modern townhouse with an incredible panoramic sea-view.

This lovely house has 2 bedrooms, both very bright and spacious on the ground floor. One is an ensuite and the other has a separate bathroom. Both bedrooms have access to one of the terraces where you can relax in the sun loungers and also have access to the pool area. The pool is shared only with the other 5 houses in the urbanization.

The entrance to the house is via the floor above where you find the main kitchen, living room, a guest bathroom and also a second terrace with a view of Meia Praia beach.

The top floor terrace is magnificent, with its own fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. It´s by far the house´s greatest feature!

The urbanisation is situated in a quiet residential street, only a short distance from the Marina, Lagos town centre and Meia Praia beach.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT BY THE CUSTOMER
If the contract is terminated, the following penalties will apply:

      -40 days before check-in date, 10% of the reservation amount.
      - Between 29 and 7 days, 50%.
      -Less than 7 days before, 100%.

There will be NO REFUND if the customer voluntarily leaves the property before the end of their stay.
