Our architect's loft, is based on a more than 100 year old ruin. And built around an existing Cipreste. Completed July 2024.
The loft is in a private nature reserve of over 10 hectares. approx. 75 M2 in size, offers on the open floor the bedroom with an office. A special living room with viewing sofa, also a third sleeping place and an open kitchen. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
The north façade is double-glazed over the full height and offers a view of the mountain landscape of Monchique.
Casa Cipreste is autark, which means its own power supply, water from the source, and its own waste water treatment.
The underfloor heating ensures that it is comfortable in the casa even on cooler days.
The acoustics are good due to the high spaces of almost 5 meters, an electric piano is part of the interior. The villa has 3 terraces
The sauna can be used on request for a small fee.
The owners of the Arc are both architects and enjoy nature
