Spectacular views over the Atlantic Ocean and Ria Formosa Natural Park!

Within 10 minutes you can walk to the beach and/or the lively center of the authentic fishing village of Fuseta in the Eastern Algarve.

The apartment with roof terrace is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the small-scale complex Fuseta Ria Resort, it has a communal swimming pool with infinity pool.
It consists of a spacious living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 room Kingsize bed (180 x 200) and 1 room with 2 single beds of 90x200), 2 bathrooms with bath, bidet, showers, washbasins and toilets.
There is a spacious balcony with sun blinds.
All rooms have air conditioning.

The roof terrace has a jacuzzi - whirlpool for 4 people, an outdoor shower, and an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and a refrigerator.

There is super fast fiber optic internet (WIFI) Portuguese and Dutch / international smart TV (Meo and Canal digital) and of course you can watch Netflix.

Enjoy the ever-changing view while enjoying a snack and a drink on the sunbeds or at the table.

The apartment is part of the small-scale Fuseta Ria resort complex, and our guests can use the swimming pool with infinity pool, terrace and sunbeds, and can even make an appointment for a beauty treatment or massage.

Every morning a van stops with fresh bread, vegetables, fruit and necessary groceries.

Fuseta has fine restaurants and cafes, shops and a few supermarkets, it is a quiet, yet lively village with a beach on the Ria (inland sea) and a beach on the island (Ilha Armona - Fuseta) here you can come by ferry or the water taxi.

The train station is only a 5 minute walk and will take you directly to Olhao, Faro, Tavira or Vila Real de st Antonio.

Fuseta is 20 minutes by car from Faro airport. Golf resorts are easily accessible. Canoeing, cycling, hiking, wind and kite surfing, sea fishing and enjoying the wonderfully beautiful nature.

We, Herman and Mirelle have been living in Portugal, in the Eastern Algarve, since 2012.
This part has a beautiful green environment, and yet you are quickly in places like Olhao, Faro and Tavira. The Portuguese are warm, friendly and cordial people and the food, fresh vegetables, many (citrus) fruits and fresh fish are a treat every day.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

We are happy with your reservation, our conditions are: 50% of the total amount you pay immediately after booking. The 2nd installment of 50% is paid 2 months before arrival at your accommodation.
So if you cancel 2 months before arrival, this will cost you 50% of the total amount. Within 2 months this is 100%.
We recommend that you take out travel and cancellation insurance.

If you want to use Jacuzzi the extra cost is €50 per booking period, you will be provided with fresh, clean water. You pay for this service on the spot. Please indicate at least 2 days before arrival whether you want to use the Jacuzzi.
