Casa Xyza is a luxurious modern furnished detached family home in Ibiza style.
Unique because of its fantastic location with views over the ocean, the Arade river and Portimao. Both the beautiful beach Praia Grande (200 m.) and the cozy center (500 m.) of the attractive fishing village of Ferragudo are within walking distance.
With its 5 bedrooms, all with its own bathroom, its luxury kitchen with cooking island, its beautiful swimming pool and the various lounge areas under the palm trees, the villa offers an excellent base for a carefree holiday.
Exterior
The villa, completely renovated in 2017, is free and offers sufficient privacy with its fence. It is easily accessible via the M530 coastal road and there is plenty of parking.
In addition to a newly designed garden, various terraces have been laid out around the villa.
For example, on the kitchen side and front is a large terrace with a spacious dining table.
Close by is a possibility to barbecue.
On the other side there is a microcement bar and a lovely lounge area with a gas fireplace.
At the rear is a swimming pool (10 x 4.5 x avg. 1.75 with underwater lighting) in the middle of a large lounge deck. On one of the many sunbeds it is good to stay here under the palm trees. The steps at the pool can be closed with a gate for the safety of the children. Of course, there is an outdoor shower and bath towels. Finally, there is the roof terrace from where you can enjoy the special view.
Interior
After the recent renovation, the whole has been tastefully decorated. There is a large living room with a sitting area, a dining area, a swivel flat screen television (large number of channels), a Sonos sound system and a wood stove to increase the atmosphere. The latter is not necessary for comfort , because the house is well insulated and equipped with underfloor heating everywhere except for the bedrooms.
There are five bedrooms in total. All are air-conditioned, have patio doors (equipped with shutters and mosquito netting) and a private en-suite bathroom. All rooms have double beds, in three rooms they can be separated. The master bedroom has a "Zangra" four-poster bed.
The semi-open kitchen has a cooking island where you can sit down on a bar stool with the four of you. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary (except microwave) equipment. There is an American refrigerator from Smeg, a Bosch built-in oven, an induction hob with Bora extraction system and a dishwasher and washing machine.
There is good wireless internet everywhere in and around the villa.
A cot and high chair are available on request. There is no shallow children's pool at the pool. For an additional cost of €250.00 per week, confusion of the pool is possible.
To enter the house, a spacious staircase must first be climbed, this is also the case to the swimming pool. Once in the house, there are no significant level differences.
